Sanjeevini Group, based in Whitefield, has been making its mark in real estate for more than ten years, developing residential, commercial, and hospitality spaces across East Bangalore. Since 2010, they have concentrated on a few key areas: gaining in-depth knowledge of the Whitefield–Hoskote corridor, maintaining high construction standards, and ensuring that every project is fully RERA compliant.
2010 marked a pivotal moment for the eastern part of Bangalore. Whitefield was evolving from a quiet IT suburb into a bustling employment hub, and the demand for housing was skyrocketing. It was in this dynamic environment that the Sanjeevini Group began its journey. Rather than trying to conquer every emerging micro-market in the city all at once, they chose to dive deep into Whitefield first. They focused on understanding the local infrastructure timelines, the profiles of potential buyers, and the patterns of long-term growth before considering any further expansion.
From 2018 to 2020, the Sanjeevini Group’s dedication really paid off as they transitioned into organized, RERA-compliant development. They rolled out over 150 units in their projects, Sanjeevini Sanctuary and Sanjeevini Vaibhav, both situated in Whitefield. These projects were just the beginning, paving the way for the Srushti portfolio that followed: Sanjeevini Srushti in Kacharakanahalli, Sanjeevini Srushti Srigandha in Bhaktharahalli/Hoskote, and their latest launch, The Berries for Birds by Sanjeevini Srushti, a charming villa community.
Now, the same focus on Whitefield is guiding the Sanjeevini Group into its next phase: expanding into Gunjur, one of East Bangalore’s fastest-growing areas, with solid infrastructure like the 45m CDP Road linking to the Outer Ring Road and the upcoming Peripheral Ring Road.
Umesh Gowda H.A. started the Sanjeevini Group back in 2010, and since then, he has been at the helm, steering its evolution from a single-corridor developer to a dynamic multi-project real estate group. His commitment to timely delivery and consistent quality has been the cornerstone of the company’s success, helping it embrace the organized, RERA-regulated development landscape.
Suresh H.A. is the Managing Director at Sanjeevini Group, where he oversees the execution of a wide range of residential and commercial projects. His focus on construction quality and well-designed amenities ensures that every property, no matter the price segment, reflects the group’s commitment to excellence.
Sanjeevini Group operates in three main areas: residential communities, commercial spaces, and hospitality-related developments, with a strong emphasis on residential projects. The residential layouts are thoughtfully crafted following the principles of Vaastu Shastra, ensuring harmony and balance. Each of the projects is anchored by four key commitments – quality, innovation, integrity, and sustainability – which we will explore in more detail a further down this page.
The three projects highlighted on this website belong to the Sanjeevini Group’s dedicated “Srushti” line, all situated in East Bangalore:
Beyond just the Srushti brand, the Sanjeevini Group has a broader category of projects in East Bangalore, which includes the following:
Each project from the Sanjeevini Group that is registered with the Karnataka Real Estate Regulatory Authority (K-RERA) is linked to a particular promoter entity. This legal company is responsible for securing approvals, overseeing construction, and ensuring timely delivery. In East Bangalore, Sanjeevini Group has its projects registered under four different entities, all of which are managed by the same dedicated team:
Promoter entity for:
Promoter entity for:

Creating individual legal entities for each project or group of projects is a common practice in Karnataka’s real estate market. These entities often have the same leadership, design philosophy, and delivery standards; the key difference is which one is registered as the RERA promoter for a specific project. Buyers should definitely take the time to check the promoter’s name, registration number, and approval status for any unit on the K-RERA portal before making a booking.
The Srushti-branded projects from Sanjeevini Group are thoughtfully designed by FWD Architects, ensuring a unified design approach across everything from mid-rise apartments to larger villa communities. Regardless of the project’s scale, the construction maintains a consistent standard: RCC-framed, seismic-resistant structures equipped with anti-termite treatment, quality CP fittings from brands like Cera or Jaquar, and trusted lift partners such as Kone and Johnson. This focus on quality and reliability is all about delivering on time, which is clearly shown by the completed status of Sanjeevini Srushti and the obtained Occupancy Certificate.
Quality, innovation, integrity, and sustainability are the cornerstones of every project at Sanjeevini Group. Rather than being abstarct claims, let us explore how these values are reflected in our East Bangalore portfolio:
Sanjeevini Srushti has proudly obtained its Occupancy Certificate and is completely finished. The construction details are meticulously outlined, covering everything from the brands of CP fittings to the grades of tiles and the standards for wiring. This same level of precision is reflected in the construction specification sheet for The Berries for Birds.
Sanjeevini Srushti has a unique approach to its amenities, organizing them around a “body-mind-spirit” theme that includes dedicated zones for various age groups rather than a generic shared list. Berries for Birds elevates this idea with a master plan that focuses on creating berry-bearing native habitats to attract birds – an intriguing design choice for a villa project in Bangalore.
Each project from the Sanjeevini Group is RERA-registered, and Sanjeevini is committed to transparency by sharing registration numbers, occupancy status, and details about the promoter entities (see the RERA Registration & Promoter Entities section above). Additionally, the Sanjeevini Srushti project page features a practical resale-buying checklist for buyers, moving beyond mere promotional material.
Both of the live projects put a strong emphasis on green spaces, with 68% of the land at Sanjeevini Srushti dedicated to beautifully landscaped open areas, while The Berries for Birds allocates 45% for the same purpose. They both feature rainwater harvesting systems and a Sewage Treatment Plant that recycles water for landscaping needs. Additionally, The Berries for Birds goes a step further by incorporating an on-site organic waste converter.
Sanjeevini Group’s projects in East Bangalore cater to a diverse array of buyers, not just one specific group. Whether it is IT and tech professionals eager to cut down on their commute to Whitefield, families in search of more room while staying close to their roots, investors eyeing the area’s rental potential and property value growth, or NRIs seeking a reliable developer to handle everything from overseas, there is something for everyone. Their portfolio, which includes everything from cozy apartments to spacious villas and commercial spaces, truly reflects this variety of needs instead of sticking to a one-size-fits-all approach.
Sanjeevini Group is deeply committed to Corporate Social Responsibility, focusing on two key areas: education and skill development. This includes providing scholarships, enhancing school infrastructure, and offering vocational training for underprivileged children. On the healthcare front, they organize free health check-ups and medical camps for communities that need it the most.
Additionally, they have a dedicated NRI Corner that assists Non-Resident Indians with everything from property purchases to investment advice, ensuring a smooth experience for those looking to invest in Bangalore real estate from abroad. This service is particularly valuable, considering the high number of NRIs and IT professionals in the Whitefield and East Bangalore corridor.
The Sanjeevini Group was established in 2010 in Whitefield, Bangalore, initially focusing on the Whitefield–Hoskote corridor, and is currently expanding into Gunjur.
Yes, every project under the Sanjeevini Group is registered with the Karnataka Real Estate Regulatory Authority (K-RERA) through its respective promoter entity- either Sanjeevini Srushti Infra or Sanjeevini Srushti Properties.
Sanjeevini Srushti and Sanjeevini Srushti Srigandha fall under Sanjeevini Srushti Infra, while The Berries for Birds is associated with Sanjeevini Srushti Properties. Both are legitimate entities within the Sanjeevini Group, and it’s standard practice for developers in Karnataka to register projects under different entities based on the project or cluster. You can check the promoter name for any project, on the K-RERA portal.
